ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 15 days in filing the above criminal revision case against the order, dated 21.03.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.1750 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
