Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to consider petitioner's representations dated 17.06.2025 and 06.07.2025 regarding the disqualification of respondent Nos.4 to 6 herein for being appointed as Mutawalli of Saday Fakkeer Lalamiyan Pallivasal, Pazhayapettai, Kandiaberi Village, Tirunelveli District.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent herein to consider petitioner's representations dated 17.06.2025 and 06.07.2025 regarding the disqualification of respondent Nos.4 to 6 herein for being appointed as Mutawalli of Saday Fakkeer Lalamiyan Pallivasal, Pazhayapettai, Kandiaberi Village, Tirunelveli District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the repsondent Nos.1 to 3.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after dispensing with the notice on the respondent Nos.4 to 6 as there is no adverse order proposed to be passed at this stage.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 3 would submit that the enquiry is pending with reference to the appointment of Mutawali. Further it is submitted that the petitioner was also present today in the enquiry before the first respondent.

5. Considering the fact that the enquiry took place today, the Writ Petition came up for hearing before this Court, it is open for the petitioner to make a suitable representation before the first respondent. The first respondent shall endeavour to pass the final order by considering the representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferrably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3/5

6. With the above said directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
