ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the respondent's wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.271 of 2021 filed by her husband before the Family Court, Sivagangai to the Family Court, Pudukottai.

2. The sum and substance of the affidavit filed in support of the petition would indicate that the petitioner denied the marriage with the respondent herein. She is living in Pudukottai and therefore, it would be difficult for her to travel to Sivagangai. On the contrary, travelling to Pudukottai is much closer. Therefore, she sought to have H.M.O.P.No.271 of 2021 transferred.

3. Though the respondent was served with notice, had not chosen to enter appearance either in person or through counsel.

4. Considering the convenience of the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.271 of 2021 is withdrawn and transferred from the Family Court, Sivagangai to the Family Court, Pudukottai. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
