Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of, directing the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, to expedite the enquiry in DVC.No.6 of 2022 and dispose of the same as quickly as possible not later than eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
