ORDER

The petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents, particularly, the second respondent with the assistance of the third respondent to measure the lands of 218 Square feet in new S.No.306/41, old S.No.161/1 measuring 0.02.90 ares in Villoor Bit-I, Kallikudi Taluk, Madurai District. 2.The petitioner claims that he has remitted a necessary challan fees also for the purpose of measuring the land, but the respondents had not taken any necessary action. W.P(MD)No.19595 of 2021 claims that after the death of his father, on 23.09.2009, he and his family members are in possession and enjoyment of the said property.

3. Direction is issued to the second respondent Thasildar to issue notice to the petitioner and to comply with the requisitions made in the representation, at any rate, complete the entire process within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of without any order as to costs.
