This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 26.08.2019 passed in I.A.No.7 of 2019 in R.C.A.No.2 of 2019 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Virudhunagar.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Rent Control Appeal in R.C.A.No.2 of 2019 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Virudhunagar, was disposed of by its fair and decreetal order, dated 17.09.2019.

3. In view of the above, in our considered opinion nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
