The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to exclude the name of the fourth respondent from Patta bearing No.5725 of Palankottai Village, Thiruvengadam Taluk, Tenkasi District by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 26.08.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the patta for the subject property stands in the name of the Petitioner alone in Patta No. 75725. Since the request of the Petitioner has been acceded to by the respondents already, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition become infructuous.
