Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to issue a separate Patta, after due Sub-division of Plot No.55 admeasuring 1785 Sq.ft. in R.S.No.13/4 and 13/5A situated at Kovilpappakudi, Madurai North, Madurai District on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 06.03.2021 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Honble Court and pass any other order or orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

O R D E R

An order had been passed on 29.10.2021 in O.Mu.No.S2/2700/2021. In effect, it had been stated that in the revenue records the lands in S.No.13/4A2A1, with Patta No.696, stands in the name of INTUC. 2.It has been stated in the order now produced by Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader that if the petitioner produces necessary documents with respect to his ownership, then, his application can be considered. The petitioner may take up that opportunity and I am confident that the respondent would pass orders in accordance with law.

3.This Contempt Petition is closed, as no further orders are required.
