Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of mandamus directing 1st respondent to dispose of petitioner appeal dated 18/09/2018 praying to set aside the order passed by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Chennai in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.AB1 / 23783 / 2018 dated 24/07/2018 rejecting the petitioner request to grant consent to allow the petitioner to join duty in the petitioner mother department viz., as Village Administrative Officer, Revenue Department.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 08.03.2019, made in W.P.(MD)No.5523 of 2019.
