ORDER

This petition is filed to quash C.C.No.475 of 2007 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram.

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after full trial, the petitioner was released by the Trial Court under Section 4 (1) of the Probation of Offenders Act, 1958, by the order, dated 27.01.2020, and he circulated a copy of the same. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication or further consideration in this petition.
