ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.214 of 2023 pending on the file of the second respondent police within the time fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram through e-filing on 11.06.2024 and he has also produced the copy of the report.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
