ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the third respondent to give adequate police protection to life and limp of the petitioners and their family members based on the representation dated 06.08.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioners, an enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.416 of 2024 and same is pending. He would further submit that the petitioners only, in a drunken mode, visited the theater of the fourth respondent and caused damages.

3.Since enquiry is pending before the third respondent, the third respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioners as well as the third respondent, conduct enquiry and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
