O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for the wilful disobedience of the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3813 of 2019, dated 13.03.2019. 2.This Court by an order dated 13.03.2019, directed the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

Cont.P(MD)No.1336 of 2019 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the contemnor would submit that now the respondent Police has completed the investigation and the final report is yet to be filed before the concerned Court. He would further submit that the respondent is awaiting for a report from the Additional Public Prosecutor for approval.

4.Recording the above said submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
