ORDER
Seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take immediate action on the 3rd respondent and its directors upon the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2026, more particularly, for intimidating the petitioner after defrauding the petitioner with huge amount, this writ petition is filed.
2. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondent, notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on instructions submitted that with regard to the complaint received from the petitioner, enquiry is pending and the complaint has been forwarded to the District Crime Branch,
4. The Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Dindigul District is suo motu impleaded as 4th respondent. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.

5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
6. In view of the above, the 4th respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent on notice under Section 64 BNSS and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, conclude the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
