Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. 1/4

2.This revision petition is directed against the order granting interim maintenance.

3.The petitioner filed I.D.O.P.No.351 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Thoothukudi seeking dissolution of his marriage with the respondent. In the said I.D.O.P. the wife filed I.A.No.6 of 2022. It is seen that through the wedlock, a child was also born. The child is with the mother. The Court below had awarded a sum of Rs.10,000/- as interim maintenance to be paid to the child. The Court below has been careful enough to indicate that the amount awarded in D.V.C. proceedings will be taken into account. 4.The petitioner is a software engineer by avocation. The amount ordered to be paid cannot be said to be excessive or high by any standard. Interference is not warranted. The civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs.
