Respondent /Respondent Prayer :- This Civil Revision petition filed Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Family Court, Madurai to dispose the petition in HMOP No.702 of 2017 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai District within time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court in C.R.P.(MD). No.1721 of 2021, dated 17/02/2022, and requisition letter submitted by the Judge, Family Court, Madurai, vide letter 1892, dated 24/11/2022, this Court made the following order:

The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai sent a letter dated 24.11.2022, requesting extension of further time to dispose of HMOP.No.702 of 2017 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 17.02.2022.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the above said letter a further time of three months is granted from today to dispose of HMOP.No.702 of 2017.
