PRAYER: Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Civil Procedure Code, to set aside the Judgment and decree made in A.S.No.27 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Trichirappalli, dated 31.10.2013 by reversing the Judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.259 of 2006 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Trichirappalli, dated 17.07.2012 and thus, allow the appeal with costs.
