ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submits that in compliance with the order of this Court dated 07.02.2019 passed in W.P.(MD)No.13994 of 2015, an order was passed by the first respondent, by its proceedings dated 11.02.2021, rejecting the case of the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
