ORDER

The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 30.06.2023 to the 3rd respondent, for mutation of revenue records, based on the orders of the 2nd respondent/the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kodaikanal, dated 02.08.2011. Since there was no action on the said representation, this writ petition has been filed.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the enquiry is yet to be completed.

3. Considering the said submission, the 3rd respondent/the Tashildar, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District, is directed to take a 2/4

decision on the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2023, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
