Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code, to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed by the Learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi in I.A. No. 1 of 2021 in O.S. No. 126 of 2014 dated 26.04.2022 . ORDER:- These Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Cour dated 24.11.2022 and the requisition of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi vide letter in D.No.1800/2023 dated 28.04.2023, this Court made the following order:

By an order dated 24.11.2022, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.126 of 2014, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has now submitted a letter, in D.No.1800/2023, dated 28.04.2023, with a request for three months time to comply with the order dated 24.11.2022 of this Court made in C.R.P(MD)Nos.1776 and 1802 of 2022.
