ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and his employees to enter into his properties situated in Survey No.839/4, 838/7, 845/1, 845/2, 838/4, 839/1, 838/2 & 3 etc., of Kakulam Village, Kanyakumari District based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 06.02.2019 and subsequent on 24.02.2020.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that no complaint or representation has been received from the petitioner, seeking police protection. Perusal of the document shows that it has been sent on 2019 and 2020. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16593 of 2021 3.Let a fresh representation be given by the petitioner by setting out the facts and circumstances, the necessity of granting police protection and the threat at the hands of the third respondent to the respondent police within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such a fresh representation is received, the first respondent may consider the same on merits by summoning the petitioner as well as the third respondent and by taking into account the civil court decrees that has been passed in O.S.No.147 of 2006 and A.S.No.53 of 2010. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
