COMMON ORDER These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 136 days in filing the above CRP.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that A.S.No.8 of 2014 is disposed of and thereafter, the second appeal is filed and the same is pending. He further submitted that the suit in O.S.No.141 of 2011 was dismissed for default.

3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, there is no further adjudication required in these petitions. 4.Accordingly, these civil miscellaneous Petitions are closed at present. No costs. Consequently, the Review Applications are also closed in SR stage itself.
