Alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.17368 of 2021, dated 08.11.2023 by the

respondent/contemnor, the present contempt petition is filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Governance Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.The petitioner, without even complying with his obligation in the order, has rushed to this Court. No contempt is made out as there is nothing stated in the representation given by the petitioner. Though a reference has been made, no details as to the date of the representation and the date, on which the respondent received the same, have been stated. Therefore, there is no cause of action arose in the contempt petition.
