The contemnors are present before me. W.P.(MD)No. 16405 of 2020 filed by the petitioner was allowed as early as on 19.07.2021. However, till date the petitioner's appointment has not been approved. She has not been paid salary also.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the contemnors undertook before this Court that within three weeks the order passed by this Court will be fully complied with and appropriate proceedings will also be issued. Since such an undertaking has been given before me, this contempt petition is closed.
