This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.22 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court), Madurai. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that already trial commenced in C.C.No.22 of 2018 and on the side of the prosecution, some of the witnesses have been examined and the case is posted for further evidence. 3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
