1/3
2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this order has been issued alleging certain allegations and therefore, it is a punitive dispute. However, I am not convinced with the said submission, in view of the fact that the order of transfer does not reflect any imputation of charges as against the writ petitioner.
3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is working in Batlagundu for more than 12 years, his transfer cannot be considered to be punitive upon the writ petitioner.
4.Considering the above said facts that there are no merits in the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 22.08.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/3
