ORDER

It is informed that the very interlocutory application in I.A.No.3 of 2021 in O.S.No.93 of 2021 has been withdrawn by the respondent herein on 10.11.2021. The Court has also permitted the respondent to withdraw the same.

2.It is rather strange that the Court below has continued to pass order in the interlocutory application when this Court had stayed all further proceedings in the application in I.A.No.3 of 2021 in O.S.No.93 of 2021 by order dated 28.10.2021, which was brought to the notice of the learned Judge vide memo on 29.10.2021, which fact has also been recorded by the learned Judge in his order dated 29.10.2021. Though the above order is an aberration, however, considering the fact that the interlocutory application is withdrawn, no further orders is required in this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this revision stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
