This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to provide the pensionary benefit of the petitioner's demised husband, on the basis of her representation, dated 06.03.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without deciding the issue on merits in the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.03.2018 on merits and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
