This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to the respondents to refix the salary of the petitioner and extend the other service benefits to him in view of the implementation of G.O.(Ms) No.19, Backward Classes / Most Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare Department, dated 07.03.2008, vide proceedings of the third respondent dated 05.01.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 31.05.2022, the relief sought for in this writ petition has been granted by the respondents. The proceedings of the third respondent, dated 04.11.2025, has also been placed

on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, submits that after recording the fact that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been achieved, this writ petition can be closed.
