ORDER
The writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to dispose the petitioner's appeal in Na.Ka.No.E2247672/2024/f dated 26.07.2024 seeking cancellation of legal heir certificate issued by the 2nd respondent in TN-720240221433 dated 26.07.2024 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that seeking cancellation of the legal heir certificate issued by the 2nd respondent, the petitioner preferred an appeal to the 1st respondent. However, the same has not been considered and hence, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

Without going into the merits of the case or the contentions raised by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to dispose the appeal filed in the manner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
