O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to grant necessary permission and provide adequate police protection for conducting the "Arichandrara Mayana Kandam" programme on 12.08.2024 at about 10.00 pm as part of annual temple festival of Arulmigu Shri Kamatchi Amman and Arulmigu Shri Kallagar Ayyanar Temple, Maavadikottai Village, Avudaiyarkovil Taluk, Pudukottai District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 27.07.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the above mentioned programme was already conducted and as such, nothing survies for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
