ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16140 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No. 978 of 2023 dated 24.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner, while regularly complying with the condition No.5(iii), by reporting before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., has not complied with the condition No.5(ii), as he has not filed an affidavit of undertaking along with the sureties before the respondent Police that he will not indulge in any further offence and will be available for trial in the other cases and also for this appeal proceedings.
3. Since the petitioner has not complied with the condition No. 5(ii), this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 01.07.2026 ogy Note: Issue order copy on 03.07.2026 2/4
