The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this civil revision petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. However, he would submit that in the above matter, he has filed an application for staying the proceedings in O.S.No.129 of 2020 pending disposal of the Second Appeal in S.A(MD)No.588 of 2020. The said application has been numbered as I.A.No.8 of 2021 and the matter is now posted for counter of the second respondent herein, who is the contesting respondent.
2.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petitions is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neetimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Theni, to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
