ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to comply with the order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings dated 27.03.2025 and to conclude the enquiry against the fifth respondent herein, within a stipulated time after affording sufficient opportunity to all the persons interested therein.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submitted that the District Collector / first respondent has requested the Revenue Divisional Officer / second respondent to submit a report. Only after receiving the report, the District Collector can pass appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above, this Court is directing the Revenue Divisional Officer / second respondent to submit a report within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the District Collector / 2/4

first respondent shall conduct an enquiry, after issuing notice to all interested parties, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks therefrom.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
