[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. Notice to the respondents 5 and 6 is deemed unnecessary. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.On instructions from the jurisdictional Tahsildar, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that since the fifth respondent is objecting for removal of encroachment on Highway land, he has sought for police protection and he would also state that the action to remove encroachment is under way. 3.Considering the said submission, the respondents 1 to 4 are directed to remove the encroachment, if any found, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
