The Civil Revision Petition is filed to number IA (SR) No.3822 of 2025 in RLTA No.04 of 2025 on the file of the District Court (Rent Tribunal), Tuticorin.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a tenant under the respondent. The respondent initiated eviction proceedings against the petitioner by filing RLTOP No.6/2020 and the same was allowed in his favour, against which, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the appellate authority. In the said appeal, the petitioner has also filed IA No.SR3822 of 2025 for grant of stay. However, the said petition has not been numbered. Hence, in order to number and for early disposal of the same, the learned counsel prays for appropriate direction.

In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, without adverting into the merits or the contentions, the District Court (Rent Control Appellate Tribunal), Tuticorin is directed to number the stay application, if it is otherwise in order and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
