ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai to dispose of the suit in O.S No. 220 of 2018.

2. The notice taken on the first respondent remained unserved as she was passed away during the pendency of the civil revision petition and her legal heirs are already brought on record as respondents 2 and 5. 2/4

3. Since the prayer is only for a direction to the Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai, to expedite the disposal of O.S.No.220 of 2018 pending on its file, this Court directs the Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai to dispose of the O.S.No.220 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The present Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
