To relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP(MD)No. 10244 of 2026 order dated 05.06.2026.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10244

of 2026 dated 05.06.2026 that "the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivaikundam daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate. He would further submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 08.06.2026.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10244 of 2026 dated 05.06.2026, is relaxed and since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 01-07-2026 Lm To 1.The Sub-Inspector of Police, Seidunganallur Police Station, Tuticorin.
