Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The review applicant had filed W.P(MD)No.14545 of 2022 for quashing the rejection order passed by the Tahsildar, Palani Taluk Office, Dindigul District. I posed a question to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, if the petitioner's vendor's name was reflected in the revenue record. Since the answer was in the negative, the writ petition came to be dismissed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner now states that the petitioner in spite of her due diligence could not obtain proper information about the status of the vendor. I am satisfied that it was on account of bona fide mistake on the part of the petitioner, the writ petition came to be dismissed. The parameters set out in Order 47 C.P.C are fulfilled in this case. Order dated 18.07.2022 dismissing W.P(MD)No. 14545 of 2022 is set aside. The review application is allowed. Registry is directed to list the W.P for fresh disposal on 03.01.2023. 22.12.2022 Index :Yes/No Internet:Yes/No mga 2/4
