To set aside the judgment and decree dated 24.03.2023 passed in O.S.No.116 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Karur and allow the present appeal. ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.V.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SURESH, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of Mr.B.SARAVANAN, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 and of not appeared for Respondent No.5 in person or through by an Advocate, the Court made the following order:- Pursuant to the direction of this Court in C.M.P(MD)No.12187 of 2024, dated 21.11.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner has paid the cost of Rs.2,500/- as ordered by this Court. He has also filed a copy of the cost memo to that effect.
