Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.SANTHANA KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8879 of 2021, dated 06.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 28.09.2021 till today, without fail.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till 01.11.2021.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against this petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed.
