[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This petition is filed to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's Wife Selvapandi aged about 26 years, the petitioner's Son Anbupandi aged about 7 years, went missing on 03.06.2026 on the basis of FIR Crime No.140/2026 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2026.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for State of Tamilnadu (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.140 of 2026 has been registered by the 2nd respondent. He would further submit that during the course of investigation, it came to light that the alleged detenue Selvapandi along with her son Anbupandi has voluntarily gone along with one Thangapandian and it is not a case of illegal detention.
