ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous by stating that the document in

respect of the property in Decree and judgment passed in O.S.No.31 of 2008 by the Sub-Court, Devakkottai, dated 20.10.2016, has been registered.

2.In view of the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
