2.This learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 25.01.2022 with condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m, until further orders. 3.The grievance that has been expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that since the petitioner is residing at Bangalore, he is not in a position to comply the condition. Hence, he seeks modification and also seeks extend the time to produce the sureties. 2/4

4.The petitioner may approach the concerned Court for modification by setting out the facts and circumstances. If that is rejected, then he may approach this Court.

5.With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
