JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant / accused has already been released by the Government pursuant to the Government Order in G.O(Ms)No.1532, Home (Prison IV) Department, dated 14.09.2018.
The learned counsel further submitted that in view of this development, this Court need not go into the merits of the present appeal.
2. In view of the above development, this Court does not want to venture into deciding the Criminal Appeal on merits and the Criminal Appeal is closed, by recording the fact that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ appellant / accused has already been released from the jail by 1/2
