ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to register the FIR and file a report to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy, to comply the order in Cr.M.P.No.1865/2021, dated 19.04.2021, within a stipulated time. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy, case in Crime No.1209 of 2021 has been registered on 27.10.2021 against one Nisha and Murugan for the offences punishable under Sections 454, 380 and 506(i) IPC and now investigation is pending. 3.Since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed by registering the FIR, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. The prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
