This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the case in S.T.C.No.472 of 2007 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli and to transfer the same to the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul or to any other competent court of Dindigul.

2.It is seen that the case is of the year 2007 and it is pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli, without any progress. The petitioner herein, filed so many petitions before the Court below to drag on the proceedings.
