ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking an order of police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, on the basis of the representation dated 29.08.2022.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that the petitioner herself appeared before the respondent police and gave a statement that because of some trouble that was created by the parents, she left the home on her own and went to her relative's house. After knowing the fact that the case has been registered on the basis of the complaint given by her father, she was restored to the parents. Fearing that their parents may cause trouble, the present petition has been filed.

3.In view of the aforesaid statement of the petitioner, the matter has now become infructuous.
