Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MOHANASUNDARAM.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10972 of 2023 on 20.06.2023.

complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and in this case charge sheet was filed and taken on file and trial also commenced.
