This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take necessary action in accordance with Section 145 of Cr.P.C based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2019.

2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. Heard Mr.M.Ramu the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Anandharaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2019 on its own merits and take further action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Such an exercise shall be done after giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the rival parties.
